Twitch, so Clipsie can read the chat and the stream; the channel you want watched; and at least one destination, YouTube or TikTok. Each is connected on that platform’s own sign-in screen, and Clipsie never sees your password.

Yes. Per channel you choose the review queue, where clips wait for you to watch, approve or discard and to edit the title or TikTok privacy first, or auto-post, where they go out on their own. You can switch at any time.

Yes. An import hands Clipsie a past stream, a VOD, by link: Twitch, Kick and YouTube all work. It works through the whole recording instead of watching live. Imports are part of every paid plan and are not on the free plan. A VOD has to belong to the channel you import it for, and each VOD can be run once a day.

Paid plans start with a 7-day trial. A card is needed so clipping does not stop mid-stream on the day the trial converts; the first charge is on day 8. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. One trial per customer.

Paid plans bill per channel, so each additional Twitch channel on the same account is billed at your plan’s channel rate. Channel rates.

The Account tab opens the billing portal, where you can change the card, download invoices, switch plans or cancel. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Usually one of: the channel is paused, Twitch got disconnected, you are on the free plan and your clip word was never set or never typed, this month’s free clips are used up, or chat was simply quiet. Clipsie needs a reaction to score, and a stream with no spikes produces no automatic clips. Full troubleshooting.

Check the Review tab, since clips wait there in review mode; check that YouTube and TikTok are still connected, since a dropped connection holds the clip; and in auto-post mode with a schedule, the clip may simply be waiting for its posting window. Full troubleshooting.

Yes, from the Account tab. It disconnects Twitch, YouTube and TikTok immediately, stops all clipping, and deletes your account, clips, tokens and settings within 30 days. Clips already posted to your platforms stay there; they are yours. Privacy Policy.
