Clipsie is an automated clipping tool that watches your live Twitch chat, detects the moments that pop off, and turns them into vertical short-form videos for YouTube Shorts and TikTok, captioned, titled, and posted for you. Past streams work too: hand it a VOD link from Twitch, Kick or YouTube and it clips the whole recording.

Clipsie monitors your Twitch chat in real time and learns your channel’s normal rhythm. When chat erupts past its baseline, a two-stage AI scores the moment for real viral potential before it clips it. On paid plans a stream that ends short of your daily target gets a second look afterwards: Clipsie goes through the recording and finds moments from what was said and shown, so a quiet chat still gets clips.

It works on your own channel, or on another streamer’s channel if they have given you permission to clip and post their content. Clipsie handles gaming, IRL and Just Chatting alike and adapts to each channel’s own chat baseline. Technically it needs clips turned on in the channel’s Twitch settings; legally you need the right to publish what you clip (see our Terms).

No. Clipsie reframes each moment to vertical 9:16 with face-aware cropping, adds readable karaoke captions and an AI-written title, and schedules the upload with no manual editing. On every paid plan an AI editor also re-cuts each clip that posts automatically.

Twitch, so Clipsie can read the chat and the stream; the channel you want watched; and at least one destination, YouTube or TikTok. Each is connected on that platform’s own sign-in screen, and Clipsie never sees your password.

Clipsie publishes automatically to YouTube Shorts and TikTok. You connect your accounts once and it handles the uploads, platform-ready titles, and hashtags for each.

Yes. Per channel you choose the review queue, where clips wait for you to watch, approve or discard and to edit the title or TikTok privacy first, or auto-post, where they go out on their own. You can switch at any time.

Yes. An import hands Clipsie a past stream, a VOD, by link: Twitch, Kick and YouTube all work. It works through the whole recording instead of watching live. Imports are part of every paid plan and are not on the free plan. A VOD has to belong to the channel you import it for, and each VOD can be run once a day.

Clipsie is free to start: pick a chat word (many pick !clip), type it while you stream, and Clipsie turns that moment into a finished short, 5 a month, no card needed. Paid plans watch every stream for you and start at 9 EUR a month per channel (VAT included) with a 7-day trial. The Clipsie autopilot plans start with a 7-day trial. A card is needed so clipping does not stop mid-stream on the day the trial converts; the first charge is on day 8. One trial per customer. The Humanized plans have no trial, because their credits are spent on real runs; instead your first Humanized AI Clipper run is on us in your first paid month.

Credits pay for Humanized AI Clipper runs. A run costs what the AI really uses for it, the search plus each clip it delivers; before every run you see its typical price and its maximum, and it never costs more than that maximum. A clip that fails costs nothing, and a run that finds no clip is refunded completely. A Humanized plan adds credits every month; packs from 10 EUR are one-time, with no subscription. Credits belong to your account, carry over from month to month and expire 12 months after purchase. Paid plans bill per channel, so each additional Twitch channel on the same account is billed at your plan’s channel rate. Channel rates.

The Account tab opens the billing portal, where you can change the card, download invoices, switch plans or cancel. A paid plan keeps access until the end of the period you already paid for; during a trial, cancelling ends the trial right away.

Usually one of: the channel is paused, Twitch got disconnected, you are on the free plan and your clip word was never set or never typed, or this month’s free clips are used up. A quiet chat alone is not the reason on a paid plan: when a stream of 30 minutes or more ends short of your daily target, Clipsie goes through its recording afterwards and picks moments from what was said and shown, no chat reaction needed. If that pass comes back empty too, the VOD could not be read (subscriber-only VODs, for example; the dashboard says so) or the stream had nothing worth posting. Full troubleshooting.

Check the Review tab, since clips wait there in review mode; check that YouTube and TikTok are still connected, since a dropped connection holds the clip; and in auto-post mode with a schedule, the clip may simply be waiting for its posting window. Full troubleshooting.

Yes, from the Account tab. It disconnects Twitch, YouTube and TikTok immediately, stops all clipping, and deletes your account, clips, tokens and settings within 30 days. Clips already posted to your platforms stay there; they are yours. Privacy Policy.
